Baseline = PAYG + ACD: PAYG × (1 − 23% ACD) — the denominator for every savings %.
List RI / mo is the public retail reservation price from the Azure Retail Prices API. Your RI / mo applies Cummins' additional category discount on top — the gap between the two columns is your customer-specific RI SKU discount. Fabric +30% RI D/E/Ea VM +10% RI Std.
SP saved % and RI saved % each compare that option (using Your price) against the PAYG+ACD baseline.

CACHED shown when the API isn't reachable (e.g. opened locally) — last-verified rates. RI / Savings Plan show n/a where Azure doesn't offer them for that service or term (e.g. SQL DB and Cosmos DB are not Savings-Plan-eligible).
